Welcome to UTSW Genomics and Microarray Core Facility
Microarray Core provides centralized access to the microarray and related technologies to UT Southwestern In-Campus as well as Off-Campus
research communities. We offer a broad range of products and services, such as whole genome gene expression, genotyping (Affymetirx 6.0,
Illumina Infinum, Goldengate and BeadXpress), microRNA analysis, custom DNA array printing and hybridization, microarray validation, and
next-generation sequencing.
