Eppendorf sells specialized DNA microarray(pathway-focused arrays) for various research areas. We are proud to be one of the Eppendorf DualChip service providers in the US. This type of the microarray service is available to you now. Currently the company is offering the arrays at promotional discounted prices. Affymetrix seminar on Oct.19 - Posted: 2006-10-13

Affymetrix will hold a seminar about new microarray technologies in both gene expression and genotyping applications on Thursday, October 19, from 10am to 12:30pm, at room NA7.206. GeneSpring GT workshop on Sept. 26 - Posted: 2006-08-17

GeneSpring GT software is used to analyze genotyping microarray data. The vendor Agilent will hold an onsite training workshop on Tuesday, September 26 at Room NA7.206. Registration fee is $100 per seat. Laptop computers will be provided. If you are interested, please place an online order at our website, using a req# /acct#. The item to order (GeneSpring GT workshop) is under "Advanced Data Analysis" folder. Since seat number is limited to 10, only first 10 orders will be enrolled for the training.

Illumina bead-based microarray has become one of the major DNA microarray platforms, and is becoming more and more popular among microarray users. In order to let more people understand this technology, we invite Illumina experts to hold another seminar, covering both gene expression and genotyping applications. Also, Dr. Quan Li, Technical Director of our core facility will present research data using Illumina microarray at the seminar.
