Full service (chip not included), $300.00 per array

This service includes cDNA synthesis, cDNA purification, QC of cDNA, aRNA synthesis, aRNA purification, hybridization, wash, staining, and scanning of slides. What you need to provide to have this service done is at least 2 ug of RNA, RNA conentration (>0.1 ug/ul), RNA 280/260 ratio, and either a gel showing quality of RNA or order our bioanalyzer service.

Hybridization from cRNA (including chip scanning), $100.00 per sample

This service includes the fragmentation of biotin labelled cRNA immediately followed by an overnight hybridization onto an array. It also includes the washing, staining, and scanning of an array. For this service you must supply at least 20 ug of cRNA, the cRNA concentration (>0.65 ug/ul), the cRNA 280/260 ratio, and either a gel picture confirming RNA quality or a bioanalyzer printout.
