We provide total RNA extraction service for labs which have difficulty in getting good quality RNA for Microarray.
We use a combined method of using Trizol and Qiagen RNeasy kit. By using this method, we can get high-quality of total RNA. We also have Qiagen E1 robot capable of extracting 6 samples at a time from fresh cells.
The starting tissue or cells should be freshly harvested and immediately frozen in liquid nitrogen. Never let it thaw before you send us (on dry ice or liquid nitrogen). Freshly dissected tissues may also be kept in Ambion RNAlater solution at RT or 4C.
Please provide us at least half million of cells or same-size tissues in order to be able to get enough amount of RNA for Microarray.
