Services Using Spotted Array Platform

Full service ( not include the slides), $275 per slide

This service including: Spotted Array Post-processing, Spotted Array aRNA labeling, Spotted Array RNA amplification, Hybridization & scanning. We have four Axon scanners with 635 and 532 nm lasers, ideal for labeling with Cy5 and Cy3 respectively.

Hybridization and Scanning($65.00 per chip)

As a service the hybridization of samples using one of two methods. In the first method, slides are post processed with succinic anhydride and 1-methyl-2-pyrrolidinone prior to hybridization. After introduction of probe, a Telechem hybridization chamber is used to safely submerged the slide in a waterbath at 62 C overnight. The second method does not involve post processing and utilizes a special hybridization station which agitates the sample. Both methods have yielded highly comparable results.

The arrayed material can be cDNA, oligonucleotide probes, peptides and proteins, and the target substrate may be coated glass slides, porous nylon membrane, or microplates. Price: 1-10 384 well plates, $25.00; 11-24 384 well plates, $40.00; Greater than 24 384 well plates, $50.00
