We have been providing centralized access to microarray and related technology for our research community since 2001. The MCF provides access to a variety of microarray technologies, including Affymetrix GeneChip system, Illumina BeadArray system, Agilent DNA Micorarray platform, Nimblegen Array CGH platform, Eppendorf DualChip platform, In-house spotted microarray and proteomic arrays. We provide a broad range of microarray products and services to our users, including whole genome gene expression, genotyping (Affymetirx 6.0, Illumina Infinum, Goldengate and BeadXpress), microRNA analysis, custom DNA array printing and hybridization service, proteomic array service, sample preparation (DNA, RNA) and QC (using Agilent 2100 Bioanalyzer and NanoDrop quantification), microarray validation using Real-time PCR, and microarray data analysis using a variety of bioinformatics tools including Genespring and Ingenuity (IPA). In addition, we also provide next-generation sequencing services using Illumina Genome Analyzer II. The sequencing analysis services include Chip-Seq, RNA-Seq, microRNA-seq and Target gene sequencing. Our goal is to provide the state-of-the-art technologies to our research community with best service and lowest cost.
