RNA Sample Requirements for Illumina Gene Expression Array

Require total RNA at least 500ng, and cRNA at least 1500ng in RNase-free water.
The concentration of total RNA must be at least 100ng/ul, and cRNA concentration must be greater than 150ng/ul.
The total RNA and cRNA must be in good quality: 260/280>=1.7, 260/230>=1.4, RNA Integrity Number >=7.0.
