The UTSW Genomics & Microarray Core Facility has acquired Illumina Hiseq 1500, HiSeq 2500 and NextSeq 500 system for second generation sequencing and are providing massively parallel sequencing service for both national and international customers. Appropriate applications include DNA-seq (Whole Genome seq, Exome seq, ChIP-seq, Targeted Reseq and De Novo seq), RNA-seq (Total RNA seq, mRNA seq, Small RNA seq).
