Unit price per sample. This service includes cDNA synthesis, cDNA purification, QC of cDNA, aRNA synthesis, aRNA purification, hybridization, wash, staining, and scanning of slides. What you need to provide to have this service done is at least 2 ug of RNA, RNA conentration (>0.1 ug/ul), RNA 280/260 ratio, and either a gel showing quality of RNA or order our bioanalyzer service.
