Affymetrix gene expression array hybridization from cRNA
Unit price per sample. This service includes the fragmentation of biotin labelled cRNA immediately followed by an overnight hybridization onto an array. It also includes the washing, staining, and scanning of an array. For this service you must supply at least 20 ug of cRNA, the cRNA concentration (>0.65 ug/ul), the cRNA 280/260 ratio, and either a gel picture confirming RNA quality or a bioanalyzer printout.
