In-Campus-Price Product
$50.00 Autoantibody Profiling Service for IgG and IgM
The whole process for profiling IgG and IgM autoantibodies from serum or other body fluids using our 98-plex and 128-plex autoantigen arrays. Minimum 10ul of serum is required for each sample and each chip can process up to 15 samples. The samples will be treated with DNAse I, diluted 1:50, and incubated with autoantigen array. The autoantibodies binding to the antigens on the array will be detected with Cy3 labeled anti-IgG and cy5 labeled anti-IgM and the arrays will be scanned with GenePix® 4400A Microarray Scanner. The images will be analyzed using GenePix 7.0 software to generate GPR files. The averaged net fluorescent intensity (NFI) of each autoantigen will be normalized to internal controls (IgG or IgM). The final data output will be Excel spreadsheet containing Non-normalized and Normalized signal intensity as well as the Signal to Noise Ratio (SNR) for all antigens. The total turnaround time for sample processing will be around 2 weeks. $50 per sample (chip not included), maximum 15 samples per chip.
$75.00 Autoantibody Profiling Service for IgA and IgE
IgA and IgE are important autoantibody subtypes for many autoimmune, infection and allergic diseases. With our high-thourghput autoantigen microarray platform, we are able to detect autoreactive IgA and IgE autoantibodies to a broad range of autoantigens with high sensitivity and specificity. With this service, we can simultaneously detect autoreactive IgA and IgE autoantibodies against up to 125 antigens on each array. Minimum 10ul of serum is required for each sample and each chip can process up to 15 samples. The samples will be treated with DNAse I, diluted 1:50, and incubated with autoantigen array. The autoantibodies binding to the antigens on the array will be assayed with Biotinylated and IgA and IgE secondary antibody and then detected with fluorescent labeled anti-biotin for imaging. The arrays will be scanned with GenePix® 4400A Microarray Scanner and images will be analyzed using GenePix 7.0 software to generate GPR files. The averaged net fluorescent intensity (NFI) of each autoantigen will be normalized to internal controls (IgA or IgE). The final data output will be Excel spreadsheet containing both non-normalized and normalized signal intensity as well as the Signal to Noise Ratio (SNR) for all antigens. The total turnaround time for sample processing will be around 2 weeks. $75 per sample (chip not included), maximum 15 samples per chip.
$75.00 Autoantibody Profiling Service for IgG subclass IgG1 and IgG3
IgG autoantibody has 4 subclasses (IgG1, IgG2, IgG3 and IgG4) and each of them may associated with different clinical manifestations during the disease development. With our high-thourghput autoantigen microarray platform, we are able to detect subclasses of IgG autoantibodies to a broad range of autoantigens with high sensitivity and specificity. With this assay, we can simultaneously detect IgG1 and igG3 subclassed against up to 125 antigens on each array. Minimum 10ul of serum is required for each sample and each chip can process up to 15 samples. The samples will be treated with DNAse I, diluted 1:50, and incubated with autoantigen array. The autoantibodies binding to the antigens on the array will be assayed with Biotinylated and IgG1 and IgG3 secondary antibody and then detected with fluorescent labeled anti-biotin for imaging.
