Human Cytokine Magnetic 25-Plex Panel

The Human Cytokine Magnetic 25-Plex Panel for the Luminex® platform is specifically designed for quantifying human cytokines and chemokines in serum, plasma, and tissue culture supernatant. By measuring 25 analytes simultaneously, the Luminex® assay panel helps provide more data from each sample, saving both money and time compared to more traditional systems (such as ELISA) used in research. This assay may be run alone or in combination with other select Luminex® singleplex kits from Life Technologies. The panel employs magnetic beads, facilitating automation, decreasing hands-on time, and increasing throughput and precision.
