Include Librarary Preparation Service and Sequencing Run Service.
Human exome sequencing service requires 1-2 micrograms genomic DNA for 40-50X coverage. Minimum number of samples to submit is six. Using a PE100 sequencing run, we achieve ~35-40 gigabases using high output flowcell and ~28 gigabases using rapid flowcell.
