First with bisulphite conversion using the EZ-96 DNA Methylation Kit , and the bisulphite converted DNA will be amplified, fragmented and hybridized onto a Methylation array. The arrays will be scanned on Illumina HiScan scanner and the raw methylation data will be extracted using Illumina’s GenomeStudio methylation module.
