Infinium Omni Genotyping full-service
The full genotyping service starts from genomic DNA. We will do the amplification, labeling, hybridization, scan image with HiScan and data acquisition (generate genotype calls). We need minimum of 500ng genomic DNA per sample (50ng/ul for 10ul) aliquot into 96-well PCR plate. Please contact microarray core (214-645-6071) for detail.
